Medical Malpractice Settlement for Wrongful Death Lawsuit - Anesthesia Error

We recently settled a wrongful death lawsuit alleging medical malpractice against a Lansing area hospital and anesthesiologist on behalf of the family of a woman who died as a result of anesthesia errors during a routine colonoscopy.  The lawsuit was settled for a confidential amount of money.  The suit alleged that the patient's airways were not properly monitored during the procedure and that she died as result of that negligence.
