Our Macomb County accident lawyers recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a client who suffered serious injuries when a truck, being driven by a drunk driver collided with the driver side of her minivan. The negligent driver was apparently attempting to speed across 22 Mile Rd. when he crashed into our client's minivan. Our client suffered serious injuries, including injuries to her head, neck, back, shoulder and knee.
We filed a lawsuit against the defendant seeking payment of economic and non-economic damages. The suit was filed in the Macomb County Circuit Court in Mount Clemens, Michigan. No trial date has been set for the case.
