Home Modifications - Home Accommodations and Michigan No-Fault Insurance

Comments (0)
Michigan home modifications and accommodations benefits are a part of the medical benefits that you are entitled to receive under the Michigan No-Fault law and the car insurance policy. When a person sustains serious injuries as a result of a Michigan car accident, they may be unable to live comfortably in their home or apartment. Home modification payments are for the remodeling done to the home or apartment to make the living situation comfortable for the injured person. The insurance company is responsibile to pay for the remodeling.

If you or a family member have been a victim of a car accident, suffered injuries, and are not receiving No-Fault insurance benefits,  you should contact our office to learn more about your legal rights. There are time limitations for filing these cases so you should call as soon as possible so that you do not lose the right to have the benefit or expense paid.
