We recently filed a Michigan car accident lawsuit for a victim of a head-on collision in Clio, Michigan. Our client was driving with his family when another car turned out of a gas station into our client's lane of the road and struck his car head-on. Our client suffered severe injuries, includng a traumatic brain injury, a foot injury that required surgery, and neck and back injuries.
The lawsuit was filed seeking damages for his personal injuries against the negligent driver. A second suit was filed for Michigan No-Fault insurance benefits that have not been paid by Progressive Insurance Company. A trial date has not been set for this case.
