Grand Rapids Lead Poisoning Lawsuit Filed - Brain Injury - Toxic Tort

Comments (0)

Our Michigan lead poisoning lawyers recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a fourteen year old client who was only two years old when he suffered lead poisoning.  His family was renting a home in Grand Rapids at the time.

The Kent County Health Department conducted a lead risk assessment and found lead hazards on the interior and exterior of the rental. The plaintiff has cognitive deficits and brain damage as a result of his lead poisoning.  No date has been set for a jury trial in this matter.

Victims of lead poisoning do have legal rights. If you or your child suffer lead poisoning injuries, you should contact our office immediately to discuss your legal rights. Contact our office now at (800) 606-1717.
