Grand Rapids Car Accident | Driver and Passenger Injuries

Comments (0)

Our Michigan car accident lawyers are reporting a Grand Rapids auto accident that took place at Darr and Wilson Roads Wednesday, November 16th in the afternoon hours. Ashton Grimm is in critical condition due to the car accident, along with three other people who suffer injuries due to the accident, including his mother and sister, Kim and Taylor Grimm. According to police, a pick-up truck, driven by a 17-year-old Scottville woman, was speeding and drove through the intersection, striking the Grimm's vehicle and causing their vehicle to flip over and land in a ditch. The driver of the pickup and one of her passengers suffer injuries as well and were taken to the hospital.

I am very sorry to hear about this horrible car accident. I hope all injured victims in this crash have a fast recovery without any permanent damages.

Our Michigan car accident attorneys advise victims of their legal rights. The injured victims may be able to submit a claim for Michigan No-Fault insurance benefits. No-Fault benefits will cover their medical expenses, lost wages, attendant care, replacement services, and other benefits related to injuries suffered in the accident. The injured individual can claim these benefits even if they did not have a Michigan automobile insurance policy and even if they are determined to be at fault.

In addition, the injury victims may also have claims for personal injuries against the negligent driver determined to be at fault in this accident. This will include the passenger in the negligent driver's vehicle as well. The insurance company for the negligent driver typically pays a settlement for this type of case. In this lawsuit, the injured victim(s) can claim damages and compensation for the injuries suffered in the accident.
