Fractured Pelvis and Fibromyalgia Car Accident Settlement

A Wayne County dump truck accident case recently settled for $199,000.00.  The victim suffered a suspected fractured pelvis and a possible closed head injury.  She also suffered an exacerbation of her pre-existing fibromyalgia and depression.
