Our Michigan Food Poisoning lawyers recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of eighteen plaintiffs claiming Norovirus food poisoning. The lawsuit alleges a number of legal claims, including Breach of Warranty, Breach of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act and Breach of Contract.
The Plaintiffs are the married couples and guests of two separate wedding reception events that took place on October 2, 2010 at the Club Monte Carlo in Shelby Twp. Michigan. No date has been set for a jury trial in this matter.
