We recently filed a
Michigan dog bite lawsuit for a woman who suffered serious injuries when she was bitten by a dog in Ferndale, Michigan. Our client was walking her own dog when another dog, not on a leash, ran up to her dog and started to attack. In the attack, our client was bitten in the hand. She suffered scars and nerve damage.
The suit alleges that the defendant dog owner is liable for the attack and violated the local and state leash laws.
