The case arises out of a rear-end motor vehicle accident that occurred on 10-31-09 as a result of the other driver operating his motor vehicle while intoxicated. The other driver had a .27 blood alcohol content, more than three times the legal limit The accident that occurred in the city of Shelby Township.
The client suffered injuries to his neck and his upper, middle and lower back. He had an MRI of his neck and back which revealed protrusions at C6; L4-L5; and L5-S1. Allstate Insurance Company discontinued benefits after sending the client to an insurance company doctor who is notorious for recommending that Allstate terminate No Fault Insurance benefits.
The case is pending in the Macomb County Circuit Court in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. No trial date has been set by the court.
