Our Michigan dog bite lawyers recently filed a lawsuit against a dog owner for an attack on our client. Our client was at a relative's property in Dearborn when a dog owned by the relative bit her multiple times on her arm. She suffered scarring and nerve damage from the dog bites. The suit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan. The dog owner had homeowner's insurance and it is expected that the insurance company will pay our client a settlement for her injuries.
