A Detroit truck accident that resulted in the
wrongful death settlement for $3.9 million dollars. The front left tire of a gravel truck blew out and caused the truck to swerve into oncoming traffic on I-75 in Detroit killing the man. Inspections after the accident revealed numerous maintenance problems and defects on the turck. The truck driver also was on a medication at the time of the accident that causes drowsiness and delayed reaction time.
