Construction site activity is busy again now that the weather is warming up and construction workers are back to work. Unfortunately, this often means reports of serious construction accident injuries and even deaths. A
news web site today reported that a Hart Plaza construction worker died after being trapped in a fifty foot hole.
Under Michigan law, the family of the construction worker can pursue a claim for the
construction site accident. This would amount to a
Michigan Wrongful Death case that can be filed by his family members in the Wayne County Circuit Court.
