Chiropractor Lawsuit Filed - Michigan Medical Malpractice Lawyer

We recently filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against a Michigan chiropractor on behalf of a client who suffered multiple herniated discs due to chiropractic manipulation.  The injuries were severe and required surgery in the low back.  The suit alleges that the chiropractor caused the injuries due to excessive force during manipulation and should have had the patient undergo an MRI of the spine before beginning to manipulate her.  The suit also alleges that the chiropractor should have referred the patient to a surgeon before beginning treatment if a disc lesion was suspected.  No trial date has been set by the court.
