A Battle Creek car accident has resulted in a young pedestrian being injured. Makiya Crump, 11, was following a crossing guard at North Avenue and Frelinghuysen Avenue on November 14, 2008 when a car failed to stop and hit her. The girl complained of pain in her leg following the accident.

Even though as an 11 year old girl, Makiya Crump did not have a policy of No Fault insurance, she can still submit No Fault claims as long as she lives with someone who does in fact have a No Fault policy.
