Attendant Care Services Lawsuit Filed Against AAA

Comments (0)
Our Michigan no-fault insurance attorney recently filed a lawsuit for the underpayment of attendant care services to the wife of an accident victim against AAA Insurance company. Our client was injured in a car accident and suffered serious orthopedic injuries. AAA was paying attendant care services for 8 hours a day, but recently reduced the attendant care services to 3 hours a day. Our client's physician indiciates that he still needs 8 hours a day of services.

If you or a family member suffer injuries due to a Michigan car accident and are denied or underpaid the Michigan no-fault benefits you are entitled to, including attendant care services, contact our office immediately to discuss your case. Call us now at (800) 606-1717.
