A Washtenaw County jury in Ann Arbor awarded more than $800,000 to an auto accident injury victim against Allstate Insurance Company. Allstate had refused to pay
attendant care services to the victim related to serious injuries suffered in the car accident. The court can also assess judgment interest, penalty interest, and attorney's fees to the total verdict.
