We recently settled a
fall injury case against a Northville restaurant for our client, a registered nurse. She suffered a fractured arm and required ORIF surgery after
fallling off an unstable display outside the restaurant. Falling off the unstable display caused our client to suffer her fall injuries.
The suit purpoted that due to the lack of a stablization bar on the display, the display was defective and unstable causing our client to fall. The suit settled for $40,00. It was filed in the Oakland County Circuit Court.
