A lawsuit has been filed against Allstate Insurance Company for Michigan No-Fault Insurance benefits. Our clients were injured in a Detroit car accident and submitted their claims to benefits to Allstate. Allstate cut off their benefits and underpaid them on other benefits. These include household service benefits, prescription expenses, medical expenses, and other benefits owed under the Michigan No Fault Laws.
In addition to suing for benefits owed, claims have been made for attorney's fees and interest against Allstate. The accident victims suffered disabling back injuries, including herniated discs, in the accident. The suit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court.
